ABOUT ORDER POLICY:
PRODUCTION ORDER TERMS:
1. MINIMUM ORDER
• A minimum order of US$ 3,000 in any product or components.
2. PRICE
• For the prices, just tell us the item reference number and quantity you need.
• We will quote you right away. If you cannot find the item you need, just send us a picture, a drawing, or a clear description of what you need, and we will quote you the same.
3. LEAD TIME
• Production lead time within 30-45 days upon proof of payment receipt and depending on the quantity and design.
4. MODE OF PAYMENT
• Bank TT transfer, wire transfer, and/or another arrangement.
• 50% down payment to start the production order.
• 50% balance payment a week before shipment.
• Our bank details and other information will be on our proforma invoice.
5. CONSOLIDATED SHIPMENT
• We need first to know what items and what quantity you want to buy in order to evaluate the weight and volume.
• Cargo warranty is up to Cebu port only. If we consider danger, we advise crating at the buyer’s cost.
6. If the buyer has nominated a forwarder, please inform us of all the contact details during order time.

ABOUT SAMPLE ORDER TERMS:
1. A sample order can be 1 piece of each.
2. You must have a courier ACCOUNT like DHL, UPS, FedEx, or any other international courier.
3. If you DON’T have any courier account, we could estimate the FedEx charge to your door and send us the payment through Western Union.
4. The lead time of the sample is 1 week upon payment receipt of transfer (full payment) using Western Union.
5. For sample orders, there would be NO EXPORT PROCESSING and other local charges on our side.
